Great features!
Installation was seamless. The ventilation system was great. Easy to use controls with great lighting. Has a huge capacity.

looks great, has nice features.
Only used a little so far but love all the options on fan vent speed, light brightness. Just the right size capacity, and powerful. GE makes quality microwaves I didn't consider any other companies.

Ventilation filter won’t stay on.
The ventilation filter design is the worst I have ever seen. You shut the microwave door and the filters fall out. Had service return and they experienced the same. Very very bad design. So I guess I have to duct tape the filters in on a brand new GE microwave. Very disappointing.

Great microwave
We love our new microwave. Large & very efficient. It replaced an older model GE microwave. It fit perfect and the features are wonderful. The fan is powerful and installation went smoothly

Wonderful Upgrade
We are very satisfied with the wattage and the cooking time. The capacity is excellent for larger items and cooking or reheating 2 similar items at once. I’m still learning the control features, but I’m quite pleased with the ones I have used so far.

GE Microwave Replacement
Nice replacement for previous GE microwave. Exhaust fan works very well. I wish the surface light were brighter like the old one.

This is 3rd of same unit purchased since June 2017--other two 'died' & were not repairable. We are an elderly & retired couple who do not abuse the microwave, but use it only as it is intended to be used. It is not reasonable to have to have spent what we have for 3 units in 8 years [forced to replace same unit to 'match' our GE refrigerator & stove!]. Furthermore, to not be able to receive a printed operator's manual with this price of appliance is absurb--and your 'reasoning' re: 'greenspace', or whatever, is a total 'hogwash' cop-out! We will appreciate being sent the printed manual.
